I've spent more than 18 years working across operations, project management, business continuity and process improvement, including experience with major City firms.I also spent nine years working in automotive manufacturing and supply chains, so I'm comfortable dealing with complex processes, multiple stakeholders, deadlines and the practical realities of getting things done.
I've been a business owner too

I have an MSc in Project Management and professional training across PRINCE2, APM and Business Continuity Management.
That means I bring structure and good project discipline to the work I do — but I don't believe small businesses need unnecessary corporate jargon or complicated processes.
I'll give you the structure without the bureaucracy.
For three years, I launched and ran my own children's activity franchise business from the ground up.
So I understand what it's actually like to be the person wearing all the hats.

Outside of work, I'm a proud mum to two young girls, so I'm no stranger to juggling competing priorities and getting things done!
When I'm not working, you'll usually find me playing or listening to the piano.
I think that balance is important.
